Wanted: Homecare Support for Medically Dependent Adult Female in the Simcoe Area
We are seeking compassionate RN’s or RPN’s to join our team. Our team currently provides homecare support for a medically dependent 38-year-old adult female, in the family home. This individual has physical disabilities, is cognitively capable, relies entirely on assistance for daily tasks including trach, and on a vent. She is wheelchair-bound but is able to verbalize her needs effectively, uses her computer and is intelligent.
We offer competitive wages with part time daytime and evening hours that are negotiable. Vent care training will be provided. Currently we have a 12.5 hour day shift (Fridays) available, with the ability to help provide vacation or illness coverage as required. No overnight shifts.
This position will be hired as an Independent Contractor through FMHC (Family Managed Home Care).

Requirements
- Compassionate, respectful and caring demeanor
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively
- Registered in good standing with regulatory college
- Maintain the amount of professional liability insurance required by your regulatory college
- Vehicle or Transportation to and from the home
- Ontario Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- CPR certification or willing to update
- This position is through FMHC therefore, all requirements for an Independent Contractor must be met.
