Description: 
  • Prepare and chop ingredients for daily service
  • Assist with setting up the food truck for service
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Monitor and manage inventory of food supplies
  • Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and organized
Requirements: 
  • Previous experience in food prep or kitchen environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow food safety guidelines and cleanliness standards
  • A passion for food and providing excellent customer service
  • Safe food handling certification preferred but not required
