Description: 

WSC Lighting Systems (Wharton Sales Co Ltd) is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us as an important member of our Sales Organization. Duties include:

  • Processing purchase orders and coordinating, scheduling, and expediting deliveries
  • Responding to customer inquiries and acting as an intermediary between manufacturers and distributors
  • Creating and marking up approval drawing packages
  • Handling warranty and other claim requests
Requirements: 
  • Time management, problem-solving and organizational skills - ability to prioritize tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will have regular contact with customers via phone and email
  • High personal and work standards - attention to detail and accuracy of records
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding environment
  • Adaptability, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Quick learner with a knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Previous office experience required
  • Background in electrical, construction, or engineering field an asset
