Description: 
  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food preparation and cooking areas are always clean and hygienic.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, including stocking ingredients and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Adhere to proper food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are met
Requirements: 
  • Extensive knowledge of Caribbean Cuisine and its preparation
  • Previous experience cooking authentic Caribbean cuisine.
  • Ability to ensure dishes are produced with pride and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
  • Exceptional Customer service is an absolute must for this role.
  • Pleasant and confident personality with amazing interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, late nights and weekends.
  • This position may include lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Punctuality and reliability is key.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
